Despite trailing for a majority of the game and shooting just 27% from the floor, the Richmond Blue Devils rallied with 14 points in the fourth quarter to sneak out of St. Clair with a 36-35 win.

Down for most of the fourth quarter, Richmond forward Jesse Depauw gave the Blue Devils the lead on two clutch free throws with under 30 seconds to play. After Joel Seddon scored for St. Clair on a short jumper with nine seconds to go, Richmond immediately inbounded the ball and ran the floor, where Matt Pozolo found Chris Schroudt at the rim for a go-ahead layup with five seconds to play. St. Clair's Mike Shirkey shot a half-courter that missed as time expired.

Richmond moves to 5-0 and opens league play at home against Yale on Tuesday.
