Allan Rucker
Assistant - Freshman Basketball

Coach Allan Rucker enters his second season as a member of the basketball staff. A lifelong resident of Port Huron, MI, Coach Rucker is a former "big red", a 1993 graduate of Port Huron HS. Coach is instrumental in helping the freshman team with skill development and game and practice management. Coach Rucker has gained a number of experiences that will contribute to his coaching. Coach has basketball experience through the YMCA of Port Huron, as well as the Port Huron "Rimwreckas", a summer team of AYBT affiliation. In addition, coach gained invaluable experience as the asst. director of intramural sports at Northwood University.

Coach Rucker and his family own and operate a janitorial/general labor company in Port Huron. In addition to his family and coaching pursuits, Coach Rucker is studying Mechantronics at St. Clair College. "We are very pleased to add Allan to our staff", explained Coach Barnes. "We feel he brings a lot to the table for our freshmen players. Having another set of eyes and ears to that team will be invaluable for them and their development."
